Join Women in Planning for a webinar where Naomi Kretschmer and Caroline Reeve Pen from Aecom will provide an overview of the consenting regime for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects under the Planning Act 2008, with a worked example. Naomi and Caroline will provide an overview of the regime, qualifying projects, policy framework and the process, as well as how the process differs from planning applications submitted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. A live project that is currently at Examination stage highlighting some of the key issues will be discussed.
