Building upon what the NPPF outlines, this CPD event will explore how planning for transport is evolving and enabling developments to maximise their sustainable travel connectivity. This will review the ‘decide and provide’ vision-led approach Councils are adopting, and what this means in practical terms for masterplans and off-site mitigation.
