This year’s theme focuses on the practical steps involved in advancing equality in the planning industry. While progress has been made, challenges remain in leadership, opportunity and representation.

Our panel will look at what rights mean in day-to-day practice, how equality plays out in our industry, and the actions we can take - both individually and collectively – to champion women and girls.

The aim is to have a straightforward conversation about where we are, what’s working, and what could work better, through honest discussion and shared experiences.
