Leonie Stoate

Leonie is an MRTPI Principal Planner at Tetlow King Planning.

She has a strong background in national planning consultancy, with specialist knowledge in affordable housing, local housing need, and the retirement living sector. She also has extensive experience advising on planning strategy, promoting development sites, and managing residential and commercial planning applications and appeals across the UK.

At Tetlow King Planning, Leonie runs the South West and West Midlands Housing Association Planning Consortiums. In this role, she delivers training and advocates on behalf of registered providers of affordable housing at both local and national levels.
