Press Release - Women in Planning Launch East of England Branch




Women in Planning is launching its 15th Branch in the East of England. The Branch will cover Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire.


Women in Planning National Co-Chair Charlotte Morphet says:


“We are delighted to launch our 15th Branch in the East of England as we celebrate ten years of the network. We have had a strong interest in a Branch covering this area, and it’s great to support women in the region finally."


Women in Planning East of England Branch Chair, Catrin Stephens says:


“We are thrilled to be a part of setting up the East of England branch as a platform to bring professionals within our industry together to celebrate what we do and to empower gender equality and inclusion within our sector. We are really looking forward to getting together with fellow planners of all backgrounds very soon!”

East of England co-founders:


Catrin Stephens is an Assistant Planner at Bidwells and joined the planning industry in 2021. Catrin’s work is focussed on a range of commercial and residential development. Catrin is the Chair for the newly formed East of England branch.


Alice Maguire is a Planner at Bidwells and has worked in the planning industry since 2017, with her work focussed in Essex, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Alice is the Vice-Chair for the new East of England branch.


Amy Robinson is a Senior Planner at Bidwells and the Vice-Chair for the East of England branch of Women in Planning. Working across Cambridgeshire, London, Norfolk and Suffolk – Amy uses her broad range of experience and knowledge to deliver successful planning strategies on behalf of her clients.
